Services · Legal AI

Specialist legal AI — for in-house teams and IP firms.

Two tracks. In-house teams get Contract, Privacy and Employment. IP firms get Patent Prosecution and Monetization. Trained on your playbooks; a lawyer approves every output.

For in-house legal teams

Contract, Privacy & Employment

For GCs and lean in-house teams — the high-volume, repetitive work, done first-pass and ready for your review.

// CONTRACT INTELLIGENCE

Contract Intelligence

Contract review in minutes, not hours — every clause scored to your playbook, redlines cited, a lawyer approves each change.

  • NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, BAAs to your playbook
  • Redlines with rationale, risk-scored
  • Drafting + data-room due diligence
  • Obligation & renewal alerts
Flagship — fully built

The redline, in action

In the demo: flags an uncapped-liability clause, proposes a cited fix.

For IP firms & patent counsel

Patent Prosecution & Monetization

An AI patent team you stay in control of — from drafting and Office Actions to turning a portfolio into a licensing plan.

// PATENT PROSECUTION

Patent Prosecution

Drafts and prosecutes U.S. patents end to end. A registered practitioner signs and files — never the AI.

  • Claims, drawings & specification, validated
  • Office-Action responses with cited support
  • Prior-art search & landscape
  • Docket monitoring + knowledge capture
Live today

The response, in action

In the demo: answers a §103 Office Action with cited support — then a practitioner files.

// PATENT MONETIZATION

Patent Monetization

Turn a portfolio into a licensing plan. Upload your patents; the AI finds likely licensees, claim-charts them against real products, and scores the licensing value.

  • Find companies practicing your claims
  • Claim charts with confidence + strength score
  • Ranked target licensees + royalty basis
  • Evidence-backed licensing report
Co-design pilot with IP firms

The deliverable

A ranked licensing report you can take to the negotiating table — every conclusion backed by a claim chart and a confidence level.

FAQ

Common questions

Does a lawyer review the AI's work?

Yes. Every output is proposed by the AI and approved by a lawyer before it is used — nothing leaves the firm without human sign-off.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

LunaWork is trained on your playbooks, cites every finding to its source, keeps an immutable audit trail, and never acts without a lawyer's approval.

Is our client data kept separate?

Yes. LunaWork is tenant-isolated — your matters, playbooks, and data never mix with another firm's, and your data is never used to train models.

Which practice areas are supported?

For in-house teams: Contract Intelligence, Privacy & DSAR, and Employment. For IP firms: Patent Prosecution, with Patent Monetization available as a co-design pilot. More practice areas are on the roadmap.

Does the AI file anything on its own?

No. For patent prosecution, a registered practitioner verifies, signs, and files every paper. The AI never files autonomously.
